Sometimes we throw many things into the bin. But, are we sure all that stuff can not be reused?
In our school, most of the waste we generate is plastic. So we thought that a good way to protect the environment and to reduce waste was to reuse all that plastic.
First we had to collect the containers, bottles, cup bottles, and aluminum foil.
Then, with all that plastic stuff we created toys, such as bowling, telephones, memory games…
And finally, on Friday, the whole school played with the recycled toys during the break.
It was great fun! But, above all, we have learnt the importance of reducing waste.
